Courtney is a mother of three, a marathon runner, and RYT-200 yoga instructor, a Reiki Master, and a certified Chopra Meditation Instructor, and Ayurvedic Health Coach. With a deep passion for fitness, she brings expertise in running, yoga, mediation and overall wellness. Courtney also holds a master’s degree in special education, allowing her to connect with individuals of all ages and abilities. A lifelong learner, she continuously explores new practices to enhance her work and support her clients.
Courtney dedicates daily time to her personal practice, whether on the yoga mat, out in nature, or running, to nurture her mind-body connection. Her thoughtfully planned sessions emphasize both mental and physical strength, creating a safe, supportive spaced for all participants. Each class fosters a sense of community, leaving you feeling empowered and inspired to integrate wellness into your everyday life. She works with clients on their path forward in wellness by living in the present moment, going with the flow of life and inviting in impermanence.

Chopra Center Primordial Sound Instruction- practiced for thousands of years, meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body’s own inner intelligence. Primordial Sound Meditation uses individually selected sounds of nature called mantras to disconnect us from the activity of life. These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
Reiki assists in moving energy to find balance. Often helpful for relieving symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, and many illnesses.

With all that is happening around us each and everyday, there has never been a more crucial time to invite in wellness strategies to your day, especially at work. Employee wellness is not only a critical component to a company’s success but also a necessary ingredient. An offering of wellness empowers employees to live the best versions of themselves, and makes them feel understood, valued, and recognized in the workplace.

Mindful Movement and Meditation- Gentle breath work, stretching and guided meditation to balance the body and mind.
​
Yoga Flow- This well rounded yoga class will help you reduce stress, improve posture, increase your strength and flexibility, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Best offered earlier in the day. No prior yoga experience is needed. Modifications will be offered to meet everyone where they are at. (30, 45, or 60 minutes)

Rejuvenating Stretch- This class will provide a series of stretches that focus on the head, neck, shoulders and wrists. The entire class is seated. Each class will begin with grounding breath-work and move through a series of stretches that will leave you feeling ready to get back to the task at hand with a clear mind and lengthened body. (Suggested 30 minutes)

Energy Recharge- This class is designed to clear your head, balance your body, and increase your energy. Each class will introduce breath-work, gentle stretches- that can be done sitting or standing and will end with a guided focused meditation. (Suggested 30 or 45 minutes)

Balanced Break- A quick breath and focus break, to get you recentered and refocused. This class is designed to include standing stretches and breath work to increase space in both body and mind. Meant to be offered mid-day or early afternoon when we often begin to feel tired. (Suggested 15 minutes)
